Jacob^5 Van Wicklen (Paul^4, Garret^3, Gerrit^2, Jentie^1
Jeppes) was bap. 10 April 1763 Wolver Hollow, and m. Helleje Snedeker 26 December 1790 in the Presbyterian Church of
Greenville, Albany Co., NY (now Greene Co.). The marriage record calls him Jacob Van Weakly of Coeymans patent and she Helety
Snedeker of Freehold. Jacob^5 and his brother, Isaac^5 appear to have married sisters, Helleje and Aga Snedeker. Jacob is named in
the will of his uncle John of Long Island.
Children: Lucretia^6 Van
Wicklen, bap. 12 September 1806, Presbyterian Church of Greenville, Albany Co., NY.
(According to Harry Macy (personal correspondence, see source below) an
identified Lucretia Van Wickle is found in the census of Albany, 4th ward, but she is recorded as age 24...and this Lucretia would be
46 at that time.)
