Married: Elizabeth Hall (b. 1822) August 1843, Huntington, L.I., NY

Children: (by first wife...Elizabeth)

3. Phebe^7 Van Wicklen, b. abt 1846, NY

4. Hannah^7 Van Wicklen, b. 1849, Bayville, NY

(Census data below would appear to indicate that Jacob and Hannah had a brother, Benjamin, but more independent verification is needed. According to the 1860 US Census, Benjamin is 18 and therefore b. abt 1842, yet we have it that Abram and Elizabeth were married August of 1843. In the 1870 US Census, Benjamin is only 22 which would suggest a birth year of about 1848.)

Parents:
Jacob's parents are Jacob and Annatie (Snedeker) Van Wicklen
Elizabeth's parents are John and Annie (Lockwood) Hall.
